Relicanth-You can catch relicanth. Go to sootopolis .Go south and dive,.Go out of the small room and enter a place that has some grass/seaweed don't go to far,it isnt common but is not to rare,The first bit of grass I went into I fou nd a relicant and ifound it again 7 mins later it is possible! Wailord-You can catch it sw of ever gtrande but is hard to find. Fact.You can catch waimer all round hoenn.But look in the more further parts of the game for a higher level.Dont getyour hopes up for evolving on LV 34 or LV 36 it evolves at level 40 and is extremly hard to train hope this helped !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
