Added:
Moltres is NOT on Rainbow Island 5, Moltres is found on Island One. To get to Moltres you need to go north on Island One and then go through Mt. Ember and when you get to the top you will have to go through a puzzle. To go through this puzzle you need Strength ( HM 04 ).
