Fly to the battle frontier head to the battle tower you can clone up to five pokemon.

And their items that their holding(good for cloneing master balls and rare candys)

Deposit your Pokemon you want to clone in pc then shut down pc and save then open pc again and withdarw Pokemon you wanted to clone(if you want to clone legendary Pokemon you will need two non legendary Pokemon two select in battle tower) go to the link multi battle room and say challenge say open lv then selcect two non legendary Pokemon it still will clone your legendary Pokemon then they will say you have to save say yes and their will be a time gap if it worked then when you see the box with your data say no then the lady will say we look forward to seeing you again then turn off your game with out saveing(or hold start select A B all at once and it will take you to the menue) hope you enjoy this glitch in the game gave me 99 rare candys and 99 master balls(if you used your master ball alreddy then don't worry you can get a master ball by winning the lot at lily cove department store wich is kinda hard or trade a master ball over from another game.
