Secret Secret Bases

With this Cheat, I will tell you where you can find some Secret Secret Bases. First, go to Rustboro City and go to the Route above until you are able to Surf the sea to the left. Head North(Up). When you see the Trainer running, continue North until you find an island. There are a few bases here along with some Trainers. Hope you enjoy.
