Well, Like I said Nintendo Event again -_- or you can use gameshark. Ok so you require the Mystic Ticket then show it to the lady in any seaport and then she will do the same thing and the sailor will come out and will tell you the same thing. Then the boat will travel to Navel Rock. Then you go up the stairs and go in the cave. So go straight and you will come up to a ladder so go in it and then you will see another stair so go in that one. Then once you come out go straight then make a right and keep going straight until you come to a big space thats a dead end and you will see to ladder, one on your right and one on your left. The one on your left will take you to Ho-oh, the one on your right will take you to Lugia. So lets start with Ho-oh. Go to the left ladder and keep advancing to the next ladder and next ladder until you finally reach to the top. Then you run up the stairs and you will see a bird in the air which is Ho-oh then he will do his little roar and go up to you and now it's catching time. Ho-oh is level 70 so be cautious. So I recommend Ultra balls and Timer balls. If you have a master ball please do use it. Heres a video to show you if your confused. Go up until you see white fat bird in front of some water. Go up to him then he will react and do his little roar and then it catching time. Again use ultra balls and timer balls and master balls.
