Leveling Up Healers

Leveling up Moulder, Natasha, and L'Arachel can be a pain because you can only gain experience by healing and sometimes using a Restore Stave or an Unlock Stave, but you can go on a foggy map and use a Torch Stave and they will gain more experience than they would if they just healed someone. This can be time consuming and will probably have to buy multiple Torch Staves.

I use this method:

1. Go to the Tower of Valni. On floor 1, kill everything EXCEPT the Boss (the Entombed that never moves).
2. Get a weak unit that needs to level up but doesn't get 1 hit killed by the Entombed (I like to use Tethys).
3. Place that unit in front of the Entombed and place your healer right behind him/her.
4. Take the unit who will be attacked's weapons.
5. End turn.
6. The Entombed will attack the unit giving them 1 xp.
7. Now that your unit has lost some HP, use your healer to heal. I recommend using staves like Recover or Mend, ones that give a lot of HP.
8. Ta-da! Your weak unit gained 1 xp and your healer has gained some xp.

Now just leave your weak unit where it is and keep healing it! It took me about 800 turns to get L'Arachel to level 20. It takes time but is worth it!

Optional - Get ANOTHER healer that can use Hammerne and when your main healer's stave is low on uses Hammerne it!
