Yeah, you can call me dumb if you want to, but I can't seem to find any bombs or anything to help me be able to pick up rocks.....please someone help me!

You're not supposed to use bombs to remove the rocks. To move rocks you need the item from level 2 (Bottle Grotto) which will allow you to pick up heavy objects.
Bombs can be bought at the store in Mabe village after purchasing the shovel.
