By going aroudn the Sudowoodo Tree, through the Ruins of Alph, through the cave, through Azela Town, through Ilex Forest and then up from there, you can get to Ecruteak City.

Get the squirt bottle from the lady in the house by the gym. The you have to gotta talk to the girl by Sudowoodo first, then she goes home, then talk to her again in her house, then talk to her sister.

The lady is in what seems to look like a flower shop to the right of the gym
