actually u can i caught a zapdos at the powerplant after you return the stollen part in kanto.

you can get them look for them in the place where you face red after you beat red you can find them.i got moltres and articuno but i got zapdos by some kind of glitch after i won againts a trainer and went to the daycare and i got him at lv100 no lies

You can only get it by trading to other Pokemon player like your friend that playing blue/red version

Sorry but you can't catch these Pokemon on silver,gold,and crystal versions only on red,blue,and yellow.Just trade them from any of those versions to silver.

Zapdos, Moltres and Articuno can be caught in Pokemon Silver anyways. Go to Mt.Silver and in the area of the cave where you fight "RED"(the third part of the cave) just run arround untill you see on of these come up and catch it. That simple! However there is a catch. Moltres comes out at night and Zapdos comes out to play in the mornings I think anyway. I caught him between 11am and 12pm. Hope this helps and please confirm if other ppl get these or if it just happens to be me that can catch thses in the wild.

Yes you CAN catch Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno. Zapdos can be found at the Power Plant, I don't think it has to be a certain time but yes, he will be there if you go to the power plant. Articuno can be found at Seafoam Islands, enter the cave and go down the stairs, you will need strength and surf in order to reach Articuno. I haven't found Moltres anywhere yet but I heard you can catch him at Mt.Silver at night.

I can't find zapdos at the power plant anywhere. I've beaten red and I have all the badges. Is there a certain spot to look for?

that he is saying is for fired/leafgreen version . in silver/crystal can't be found there the 3 birds.

Just confirming what kira567 said. I have all three and that's how I got each. Of course I did use the multiple masterball cheat but still. Who really cares if they need to cheat their freaking legendary people

i dont get it still where actually am i looking for articuno where abouts in seafoam islands its just a small box room where blaine is no pokemon or strength or surf can even be used

There are 2 entrances to Seafoam Islands are there not? one from Cinnabar and one from Fuschia.

zapdos is a the power plant and moltres is at mount silver go were water fall is

Just confirming all that said you can catch them. This goes with out saying that you should bring ALOT of super repels to get them faster( its an old trick). the hardest one i found was moltres. He may take a little while to get. it also helps alot if you have the multiple masterball glitch.

You shouldn't be able to catch them in Pokemon silver, gold, or crystal, but you can in games like soulsilver and heartgold.

You need to have red scale which you will get if you catch red garados in lake of rage.

You CAN get the three legendary bird Pokemon, and some others. Zapdoes can be found outside the power plant after you beat red and resturn the stolen part. Articuno hangs out at the seafoam islasnd, if you wind up at the gym head the other direstion. I personally havent found moltres but in my search for him if founf MewTwo in the Cerrialian caves. The birds are level 50 and Mewtwo is level 70 bring your a game

Yes you can I saw them onece in a cave but they run fast so you have to be quick in a cave idk witch 11 just keep looking hope helps you
