You know the 3 dogs in the burned tower. Where are they all and how do I get them? Also how do I get the pokemon on the back of the cartrige? Where is it? What is it?

The 3 dogs, Entei, Raikou and Suicune are in Johto.
I think that Suicine is next to Mt. Mortar One of the remaining 2 dogs (entei, raikou) is in route 35 and the other is in route 45.
It will take you a long time to get them, I haven't got any yet, a freind told me this.
The pokemon on the back of the catridge is called Lugia (#249) and it is a legendary pokemon.
You will find Lugia in the whirl islands in between cinawood and olivine city.
Be careful, it's a giant maze, I haven't found Lugia yet but I know he is in there!
Also you will need a pokemon with, Flash, Surf, Strength and Whirlpool also it's handy to have Dig or Teleport and Fly, and just in case take a pokemon with rock smash and waterfall!

The three dogs are Entei, Raikou, and Suicune. They are found at random around Johto, but Johto only.
The Pokemon on the back of the cartridge is known as Lugia, and to obtain it you must have the HM Whirlpool and the Silver Wing. Then, access the south-eastern whirl island and work your way through the maze to reach it.
The three dogs entei suicune and raikou travel randomly around johto and the Pokemon on the cartridge is Lugia he is level 40 and is in whirl island look up how to get to him on youtube thats how I did it and raikou usually stays near the east side of johto as for entei and suicune usually stays to the west hope this helps!!!!!!
