Where can I get a Hoho or a Lugia in pokemon silver?

You can get both, but first you need to get the silver wing and the rainbow wing.

Get the silver wing in Silver by rescuing the radio director in Goldenrod when the rockets occupy it. He'll give you silver wing. Lugia is in the whirl islands in the north east cave.

Navigate your way through. To get the rainbow wing, go to Pewter City in Kanto, after you've beaten the elite four.

Talk to an old guy and he'll give you rainbow wing. It's the opposite in Gold.

You can get both of them in Pokemon Silver. You get Lugia after getting the Silver Wing from the director in Goldenrod.

Then, go to the Whirl Islands through the northeast entrance. Keep going and you'll eventally reach Lugia.

For Ho-oh, get the Rainbow Wing from Pewter city. Then, go to the Tin Tower in Ecruteak and you'll be able to find Ho-oh.

You get lugia by getting a silver wing by beating team rocket in goldenrod, and you can get ho-oh by getting a rainbow wing from an old man in pewter city next to the poke' mart.

You get the Rainbow Wing from an old man in Pewter City. After you have it, head to the Tin Tower in Ecruteak and reach the top.

I'm not certain, but my guess is that you get the Silver Wing from the Director after saving Goldenrod's Radio Tower.

Rescue the Radio Director in the Radio Tower for Silver Wing then go to Whirl Islands.

To get Rainbow Wing DON'T go to the Pokemon Center. Go up towards the Pokemon Mart then you'll find him walking around. He'll tell you about his life in Johto then he'll give you the Rainbow Wing.

To get Lugia in Silver you must obtain the Silver Bell and travel to one of the Islands surrounded by whirlpools

To get Ho-Oh in Silver you must get the Rainbow Wing, you then need to talk to the Radio Tower Director after getting rid of the Team Rocket. Then you have to go to the top of the Tin Tower in Ecruteak City afterwards, then Ho-Oh will appear

are you mad thats not all . All you are doin is giving wrong answer as ive allready completed silver and beaten red

In silver version you can't get ho oh until the post game (after the elite 4) but you can get Lugia in the whirl islands
