How to get chansey?

Hey everyone. I was wondering how to get chansey. I heard it was in safari zone but it's closed and I don't know how to get in to the safari zone. There isnt even a door on the building! How do I get into the safari zone to get chansey? I really need to know thanks, bye

Safari Zone can not be opened, chansey is in safari zone in the older Pokemon games. In here, she is found to the right of the Fuchsia city. Can only be caught at midnight.

I found Chansey in the morning to the right of Fushia City... Luckily for me, she was a shiny chansey

Safari zone really closed... It is opened in the Pokemon red, yellow and blue version only... So you can catch chansey by coincidence.. I caught it at the night.. I'm so lucky.. So good luck to you then..

Chansey are only found in the Safari Zone in Red/Blue/Yellow. If you want one in Silver version, go to the tall grass on Routes 13, 14, or 15. You can catch a wild one there. But you'll be there a while: Chansey has an encounter rate of only 1%, but at least it will show up no matter what time of day it is.

There is a very easy way to do this. Just follow these instructions:
Step 1: buy LOTS of repels.
Step 2: grab a Pokemon EXACTLY level 25. (you can always train a weak one)
Step 3: go to route 13, and cut the tree leading to the only patch of grass.
Step 4: use the repel and start searching.
Step 5: (optional) play the poke-march to increase find rate.
The rate of finding a chansey has now been increased to 5%; 5x what it should be. The poke-march is just there to waste less repel when you search.
