I have just defeated the 7th Gym Leader and I need to get the Earth Badge, but I don't know where to get it and don't know what to do. What do I have to do and where do I have to go in order to get the 8th badge which is the Earth Badge?

The 8th gym is in the north-east part of Viridian City. The leader is Giovanni, Team Rocket's boss. Be ready with some water pokemon.

The Earth Badge is in fact found in Viridian City. I'd advise to have your Pokemon around level 55.

You have to fight Giovani in that closed gym in Virdian City. For being leader of Team Rocket, he is kind of a pushover, just beware of fissure.

YOu have to go to virdian city and mak sure you have the secert key it unlocks the gym.

After you get the 7th Badge you can head over to Viridian City and the Old Man wont deny you access like he normally would.
