You can sell Nuggets for 5000 each. Aside from that, they're useless.

Well I don't have Pokemon red but on all the others they sell for like 5,000 poke dollars.You can't do anything exept sell them.

You can use the "Rare Candy" cheat to duplicate and sell it on whenever you are low on money.
