Where can I find an electabuzz? and what kind of pokemon can you find while doing the missingo cheat?

Find Electabuzz in the power plant. Their around there somewhere.
For the Pokemon you find while doing the Missingo cheat:
You can find high level Pokemon (over Level 100) Muk,Clefable,Electrode, and other strong pokemon.
Once you train the over level 100 Pokemon, they grow to level 100.

You can find electabuzz in the light house, you can find all 150 Pokemon using the missingo cheat.
