I'm stuck in Seafoam Island and I can't get out. I need help getting out

OK first of all, do you have any escape ropes? or a Pokemon that knows dig? if you do you should have no trouble getting out of there

P.S the legandry bird Pokemon Aurticuno is in there!

Use either Dig with a pokemon or try an escape rope. If those fail, try to navigate your way through or have all your pokemon faint.

If you do that, you'll be at a pokemon center.

The best one is an escape rope.

Do you have any Escape Ropes? If not, get a map from a site and navigate through.

im stuck too. i have no escape ropes or dig. Most of my pokemon are lvl 70-100 so fainting is hard. I used a site to navigate out, but because of the current i cant get out.it blocks me from the latter that will get me out.
And to everyone who says to use an escape rope or dig, if he had those do you really think he'd be stuck? Really people.

Well I think you have to be where the 4 blocks where and then go up the stairs go east then up and use the stairs then use surf and if the blocks are in the right spot they help you get to staor on the other side
