What are the best Tm's to teach Mewtwo?

His Attack is 318 and his special Attack is 406 so it would be best to teach mewtwo special attacks only try this moveset
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Rest
Blizzard
Also you can make him more affensive by replacing rest for fire blast then you will have a super effective move against nearly every Pokemon.

The problem with the other comment is that his moves kinda suck. Sure they have AWESOME power but they have low pps and low accuracy so you're going to waste most of your pp
The moves on my Mewtwo are as folows

PSYCHIC- bein the most powerful psychic type move it's very useful
FLAMETHROWER- For taking down ice types and grass
SURF- for taking down rock types
PETAL DANCE- Being one of the most powerful grass type it takes down water types

My moves are based upon beating the elite 4 water/ice rock/fighting ghost/poison because I mainly use mew2 to help my other Pokemon gain experience. For Lance the dragon Trainer you can use your ice type pokemon. Hope this helped

If you want nothing but sheer power for Mewto then just use Psychic,Blizzard,Thunder,and Recover.Hower,since Mewtow has such a high Special Att.Stat,I reccomend replacing Thunder with Thunderbolt and if it's your preference,Blizzard with Ice Beam.Avoid physical attacks such as Mega Punch,Slam,Take Down,Double Edge,Body Slam,etc.Remember,Mewtwo's most powerful Ally is his brain.Same with all Psychic Types

Ood to have 4 differet kind of moves.. Anti grass, anti fire, anti water........... O jeah and I also wanna say: mewtwo is no Pokemon and no human it's boths perfection! But it doesn't have a penis so it sucks at getting a girl and you cannot use him to make mini mewtwo babies..... But with some homemade moves like spermathrower it must have the ability to fuck. And if he fucks he will fuck every Pokemon because he is fucking awesome................... He is also really badass.......
