How do I get the Hm strength ,what number of Hm is it ,and where do I get it.

Strength is HM04. You get it by returning the Warden's Gold Teeth in Saffron City.

You can get the HM strength by returning the Warden his golden teeth. The golden teeth can be found in the last area of the secret part of the Safari Zone, they are in the same area as the secret house that contains the HM surf. HM 4 is strength.

Strength is HM04.
You get it by returning the warden in fuschia city his gold eeth. Which you get in the safria zone. They are found just before the house with surf in it.

HM4 can be obtained after you grab the Gold Teeth in the Safari Zone (near the shack where you get HM3 (Surf). Take the Teeth to an old man in one of the Fushia City houses and he'll pop 'em in and hand you the HM
