Breed a male and a female pikachu and you will get an egg, a pichu will ahtch out of the egg.
You can find it in a egg when you breed two pikachus together.
You can't find Pichu in the wild. You need to have bred a Pikachu and another Pokemon that can breed with a Pikachu (preferably another Pikachu or a Ditto) to get a Pichu egg. Then you just walk around or bike around a lot with the egg in your party to have it hatch.
Happy breeding. Just don't leave them in there too long or else you'll end up like me with about 12 eggs...

You must have a dito and a pikachu,then go to daycare man and daycare lady give pikachu and dito and in a few days the daycare man will be in the garden talk with him and he will give you an egg.The egg have inside a pichu.

You must have a pikachu and it must be bred with a female Pokemon and you will get a pichu egg if you take care of it itll hatch
Listen the Pokemon database says you can catch one on route 34 at level four
