Question for Pokemon Crystal

When will Team Rocket take over the radio tower? I know, that ill need to beat them in order to get STRENGTH, but when will the come?

Team Rocket will take over Radio Tower after you beat Pryce at the 7th gym. But actually, you get Strength at a house in Olivine City.

First you can get stength brfore that and I think they take over the tower after you beat them in mohagany then you must get to blackthorn.

I think thats when they do that

I beat Pryce and Prof. Elm didn't call me! The radio tower still hasn't been taken over so I'm stuck. Is there anything else I need to finish before he'll call me?

Ya same wit me! I already beat the game then I started over and now I'm stuck here again. I forgot what to do! I think I was just running arount talking to people when he called me, but I'm not sure...
