How do you catch squirtle, charmander and bulbasaur?

I don't know any way to "catch" them in Crystal but you can trade. PS( Cross Stinger how many versions of pokemon do you have!!!! I've seen you on Ruby but not on Crystal?)
What kind of question is that: You either get it them from a gameshark, or you must trade them from Red/Blue/Yellow. It's hassling but is worth it.
In cryystal you must go to kanto and get in the radio tower in lavender town and go upstairs, then you will have to choose 1 of the three pokemons and then fight with you're rival.then you pass the game again and go there again and choose the last one, and fight with your rival, then you pass the game again and go there again talk to the professor, there will appear your rival and you will fight, after you win he will give his Pokemon to the professor and he will put it at level five again and give you, glad if I help xp
