How do you get inside the 8th johto badge becuase clare went into the dragons den and I tried to go in the dragons den but that old man always says no only chosen trainers are aloud to train here. I beat 7johto badges

Go to Goldenrod City, beat all the rockets, rescue the director, beat the rest of the rockets, then Claire's Gym will open up and you can battle for the 8th badge of Johto.
