It will bring the Legendary Dogs to the Tin Tower. Raikou and Entei will run away, but Suicune will stay so that you may battle and catch it.

You use it to enter the tin tower, so you can catch on of the rare dog pokemon.

The Clear Bell is to be used at the Tin Tower so that you can get acess to the three legendary dogs Suicune, Entei and Raikou.

You use the Clear Bell at the Tin Tower and it lets you be able to catch the three lengendary dogs. But the water one, Swuincoon(not right spelling) battles you. It is lvl 40 lke the other two. One is a fire type the other is a electric type. They both run as soon as you run into them.

You need it to catch suicune
