Date of Question: Nov 28 2006 | Question ID: 72176 How do you get the rail pass |
Do the following:
1) Go to the Power Plant and talk to the director. He's missing a Machine Part that a Rocket stole.
2) Fly to Cerulean and enter the Gym. The Rocket will come bursting out. Leave the gym and go to the cape bridge and battle the Rocket. He'll tell you that the Machine Part is in the water of the gym. Go back and look for it.
3) Take the Machine Part to the director and get TM07 (Zap Cannon)
4) In Vermillion's fan club, talk to the guy with the Clefairy doll. He'll give it to you after you tell him that it belongs to a girl in Saffron (Copycat).
5) Give Copycat the Clefairy doll and she'll give you a rail pass.

You must first solve the problem in the power plant..
If you do... Go to saffron city and find the copycat's house..
Talk to her and she will ask you to find her lost clefairy doll.
It is in vermilion city .. In the Pokemon fans club (i think)
Talk to the guy next to it .. And he will give it to you..
Voila!!! You will have a rail pass if you take the doll back to it's owner (the Copycat)

When you get to Kanto you have to catch the robber and report him to the power plant talk to the cheif and he will get the train up and running again.
