Date of Question: Jul 16 2004 | Question ID: 6746 In kanto's radio tower how do you get the guy in the green to move away from the stairs and when italk to him he just says ever since goldenrods radio tower was taken over we have to step up our security. So how do i move him? |
You can't move him.
He just stays there.
If you think he's hiding something, he's not.
Not that I know of.

The guy can't be moved and is only there to stop you from going to the next floor (you're not allowed up there of course) So that's it. He's just for show.
