How do I get a silver wing and where the heck is lugia! I already caught ho-oh and the there dogs but where the heck is lugia?? Pls be specific!

Silver Wing can be obtained in Pewter City. Beside the Poke Mart there is a guy. Talk to him an' he will give it to you.

Silver Wing can be obtained in Pewter City. Beside the Poke Mart there is a guy. Talk to him an' he will give it to you. Also, you need to Surf south of Olivine an' there is a whirlpool island thing. It's either the very first one or the second one down. You'll need flash an' maybe Waterfall.

Lugia is in one of the islands in Johtho and the island name I forgot and when you reach there it should have whirlpools blocking it.

You get Lugia in the whirl islands south of Olivine. The silver wing is in pewter city or viridian I can't remember a guy will give it to you and walaaah go catch Lugia

You get a silver wing in pewter city there is an old man walking around and talk 2 him and he will give you a silver wing and you find Lugia on you're way 2 cian wood city.... there are 4 islands with whirlpools keeping you from getting in use whirls pool and check the bottom right and there it should be jus search and you will find in the bottom right.
