Sorry mate but the only way to change it is to start a new game it is ideal to keep the time and date like it is in real life it is much easier if it is daylight savings go to your mom and she will change the date sorry I can't help more.

You can't change the time in Cystal :/ in Gold and Silver, you would press select, b, and down and a screen would pop up. But in Crystal, the screen has been disabled.

You have to hold Down + Select + B, then release Down and B, then hold Left + Up, and then release Select.
