Does anyone know where I can catch a Houndour or Houndoom because they are really strong and I think they are rare.

Houndour is on Route 7.
He is on route 7, he runs away sometimes so it is best to put him to sleep.
Look in route 7 that is where you can find houndour houndoom can not be caught in the game so you will have to evolve houndour
You find houndour in route 7 but it's kind of hard to find so you should get on your bike and search around the grass until one comes up.
