In Pokemon "liquid cystal" version. Iam trying to catch a scizor because I like it's speed ,but I did not find it. Where can in catch a scizor in Pokemon "liquid crystal"?

You can't catch Scizor, it's an evolution, and it's speed is a downgrade from it's pre-evolution form
