ANSWERS

No there is only one each of the legendary dogs Raikou, Suicune, and Entei. Once you make them faint, you will never be able to capture them again...unless of course you have a gameshark. If you don't, try to catch them on another Johto (G/S/C) version or restart your game. Sorry if this bursts your bubble.
