How can I get slowking and how can I enter in silph co. building??

You get Slowking by trading a slowpoke holding a kings rock.
I dont think you can get into the silph co. building

Slowpoke evolves into Slowking when traded with a King's Rock attached.

As for the Silph Co building, you cannot ever go past the ground floor, but the guard blocking the staircase will give you an Up-Grade, which is attached to Porygon to make it evolve into Porygon2 when traded.

Isn't Silph.Co open? You might have to fix the power plant because it was open when I got there.

You give a slowpoke or a slowbro the kings rock and No you can't get into the Silph Co. Buinding. HOpe I helped

A bloke on the lower level of slowpoke's well (on the left hand side) will give it to you. Make sure you know strength and surf.

P.S. This is also where you can catch slowpoke

Also , you can only enter the lobby of the silph co. Bulding, there is nothing up there
