How do you get the two passwords for the door in the rocket hideout

On the third level of the Rocket Hideout is where you can obtain the passwords. There are two Team Rocket Members on this level that each know one password. After you defeat the Team Rocket Members, click on them to see if they know the passwords. After you have the two passwords, you can move on.
