Does "Cyber Mewtwo" exist?

Okay, Kevin, I realise that you are a venerable source of Pok�mon information, yet there have been things that you misconstrued a few times. This question, however, takes the cake. There is no 'Cyber Mewtwo', and I don't know where you got the idea that there would be one.

Yes, there is a cyber mewtwo in the game. But before you can get it you have to get someone the trade you the ghost of cubone's mother from one the original versions. Once you have that in the game with you, find a mewtwo. Do whatever you have to do to get someone to trade it to you while it's holding metal coat or whatever it's called.

There I no such thing as cyber mewtwo. There is only mewtwo. I am a Pokemon expert so I know. To get mewtwo you should be in kanto. Mewtwo rests in the cave located in cerulean city. Unless you defeat all the gyms and elite 4 you cannot enter that cave. To get it you must travel to the deepest part of that cave and confront it. It will be in level 70.
