Can anyone remind me where I can get METAL COAT in Crystal Version?

Luckily, I know it off the top of my head: You can obtain Metal Coat in these ways:

1. Trading your Dugtrio to Forest in the Power Plant for his Magneton. The Magneton will have the Metal Coat attached.

2. On the S.S. Aqua:

a. Go to the cabin in the bottom-right corner of the conglomerate you see when you first enter the ship. The man inside will ask you to find his granddaughter.

b. Travel to the second room (the cafetorium). A sailor will tell you to return to the cabins to fish up his coworker, who obviously has been slacking off.

c. Go to the cabin two doors to the right of yours. The lazy coworker will be upset at your demand for him to return to work that he will challenge you to battle.

d. After defeating the coworker, return to the cafetorium and talk to the sailor that blocked your way. He will bid you access to the cafetorium, from which you can access the captain's quarters. The granddaughter will be in there, asking the captain to tell her another story.

e. Talk to the granddaughter, and then return to her grandfather's cabin. He will reward you with Metal Coat.

To get metal coat you have to complete the elite four and profeser elm will give you a S.S.TICKET so you can go to KANTO when you are on the boat a man will run in to you and say he lost his daughter you find his daughter with the captin and then you yake her to her dad and he will give you a METAL COAT

Also, you can find a wild Magnemite holding one if you're lucky.
