Hey, this is tarter3, and I'm wondering: how can I get into the radio tower in lavender town in the kanto reigion? Also, I talked to a person in one of the houses in lavender town, and he said that mr fuji has access to more places in the cemetary. Is it possible to go to those places? If so please tell me how.

Well since the staircase is blocked then you are going to need an AR to get the walkthrough walls cheat. I have never heard of other places then the cemetary but who did you ask and in what house?
I also played crystal, I don't know how it ends. Celadon Game Corner is also locked.I'm so disapointed this game.

you need the mobile adaptor events that put them maps in your game (there in the game without event data for the warps/doorways/stairs and the zapdos on the 5th floor for example)
you can get the event on Japanese crystal only without jailbreaking both games to get them , stadium g/s/c japan had the ability to do the mobile adaptor functions so im guessing that was how I was able to do it on a jap rom of crystal which I beat stadium2 with back in the day ,
im sure that jap v1.0 g/s (wcih were mail order only and only 1000 or so sent out then the rest were j1.1 in the shops) had these events in the actual game but wihout serious modification with rom hacking u cant get the real event in an English game
