Question for Pokemon Blue
Where do I find or how do I get lickitung? Please answer even if I have 2 get it from a different version, coz I have every version. I REALLY need and want 2 know how 2 get lickitung coz it's the last Pokemon I need 2 complete my pokedex.

in pokemon blue, you go up the stairs of the Gate to Cycling Road closest to Fuschia and Trade a slowbro with the kid there for it.

To get #108 Lickitung, fly to Fuchsia City and go west. Go up the stairs, and you'll find a kid pacing around. Talk to him and give him a Slowbro. He'll give you Lickitung in exchange.
