It takes life from the Pokemon which has softboiled and gives it's life to another Pokemon I think.

Life energy is transported from the user of Softboiled to the Pokemon who is to be subjected to it. It restores the health of the Pokemon subjected to Softboiled.

Takes 20% of Chansey/Blissey's HP and gives that amount to the target, which may sound meh but chansey/blissey has an Enormous HP pool. So on average it's like a super potion or 2, or 3 lol
