that's good because I thought that on of my pokemon has to learn that Surf ability for a long timehorselover answered:
In the Safari Zone and then go up a little bit and then turn right and then go straight a little bit and then follow the arrow, you will come to a place to go down or left take a left and there you have the secret house in the house there is a man and the man will give you HM surf.
REMEMBER you only HAVE 500 steps to do IT all in so USE Them wisely.
