Can someone please tell me how to get the TM for recover and exactly what number it is.

You can just go to the move relearner

I'm sorry to tell you that there is no Recover TM.
The easiest way to get a Pokemon to learn it would be Gameshark.

there isnt a tm recover catch a pokemon that could learn it take to pokemon daycare or train it yourselfe i hope i helped you

Whoever is pumping you false information is trying to wind you up. There is no TM for Recover.
