Since you put it that way then Victory Road, but don't like go through the whole thing again. Just go down from Pokemon League's Pokemon Centre and then go through the Exit and the next set of stairs. Stay around that area you will come across Pokemon with levels ranging from level 26 to 49. Your Ninetails and Pidgeot will probably be the most difficult to train since in Victory Road the only Pokemon they can face effectively are Machop, Machoke and Golbat.

The best place to train is Pokemon Mansion prior the Elite Four. After becoming the league champion then it becomes re battling the elite four or cerulean cave.

Get a gameshark and stadium/n64 , use the n64 to move your pokes to a new save and set your id to match your old pokes or better stil set yourself in the new sav with all badges to be able to keep all your pokes , have more trainers to fight and you get boosted exp whilst being able to control your pokes from the start and you use the code to change the enemy pokemons levels to 50 from the very start then by the time you get to the league again they will all be like level 100 , I did this 2 or 3 times with every Pokemon in the pokedex and theyre all level 100 so I could put them through the hall of fame in stadium !!! Cause grinding off wild Pokemon is a chore and you don't get enough exp and that's the only way to be able to rebattle all the trainers and have control of your pokes again and stil get the boosted exp and ofc the level mod code so your not fighting all the early trainers at lv 10 and other madness with level 50 pokes yourself cause that's just pointless, I mean I own every Pokemon between my 6 gbc games of Pokemon/both stadiums and to catchem all and level them all to decent levels even between all 6 games theirs not enough opponents , and ok maybe as a kid I might of fought the Elite Four on repeat but even then id get bored of it and I'm a grown man replaying them now so I kind of don't have the patience for that and pure wild Pokemon anymore , not wit 120 odd Pokemon (all the final evolutions added together from g/s/c/r/b/y) and that's without the little cup teams/pokes I need to do to fill up the hall of fames,

Ps you get a secret ending to getn2 if you do that and some other really hard tasks , that includes shiny 3 birds in g/s/c , new maps , green the girl from the manga fights you and celebi !!! Without cheating for it too but it's a bit long winded to explain here but take it from somebody who trains hundreds of Pokemon a gameshark to make all trainers level 50 (maybe higher for me ) is the way to go and stadium to and replaying it and using the stadium boxes so your not tradeing them over 1 by one to do so ,

Gameshark isn't just for getting items and mews you know !!!! You can use it to help with your legitimate training in the games , it's just making the game more challenging that way at the end of the day , plu boosted exp will quicken things up , I don't train anything that isn't getting the exp boost nowdays , it's pointless , and try for g/s/c and holding the lucky egg to get even more exp on them , atleast on that game 10 or so rebattle you and theirs a working refight trainers/gym leader g/s code for them games !!! Hope I helped !! From frank the champ !!!
