Here's a tip when your eevee gets haircuts during day or night and it becomes delighted the you train your eevee without it fainting, and when enjured heal at Pokemon centers, and it should evolve between levels 16-30 during the day you obtain Espeon, during the night you obtain Umbreon, or after eevee becomes delighted just give it plenty of rare candies, but I recommend raising it's stat's before giving any rare candies. Put eevee in daycare with ditto, let them have an egg and it will hatch a level 5 eevee, raise stats give haircuts until it's delighted, and fill it with rare candies, but the best thing when battling eevee take on weak Pokemon like magikarp, metapod, kakuna, etc it helps.
