How to get Flareon, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Espeon, or Umbreon

Soon Professor Elm will ask you to come to his Lab in New Bark Town. First time he will give you an egg like pokemon the second a EEVEE, witch is a evolution pokemon the get a fire stone stone, moon stone, lightning stone, sun stone, and water stone. Get the moon stone at route 36 from Alan, get his number he gives you varouis stones usally fire stones.

OMG PEOPLE YOU DON'T NEED MOON STONE OR SUN STONE TO EVOLVE THEM!!
Eevee evolves into ESPEON with max happiness during daytime, and into UMBREON during night. The same thing applies for Golbat,Pichu,Chansey,Cleffa,Igglybuff and Togepi.

All you have to do is make sure they don't faint during battle or don't put them to PC (because this lowers their happiness), AND give them a haircut in Goldenrod Underground, or give them some of these: HP UP,PROTEIN,CARBOS,CALCIUM.
Or you can use this little code for Max Happiness
01FF45DA 91FFFADC

Basically that means that you can evolve that Eevee (lv.5) you receive from BILL into Umbreon or Espeon at lv.6 (if you gave a lot of haircuts or vitamines to it while it was lv.5)

It doesn't matter if you have a moon stone nor sun stone. To get an umbreon or espeon, you have to max their happiness. Umbreon will evolve at night espeon durring the day

eevee cannot evolve with moon stone
you must gain it trust by giving it a lot iron/calcium/protein/hp up stuff like that or give it a hair cut.to know how much it trust you go to the house near the gym in goldenrod not the flower shop down the flower shop talk to the girl on the chair then talk to her.To evolve it you must train it (or use exp share)you must train it at night to evolve to umbreon or day or noon to be espeon.it will evolve at level 30-36
