While most of these are obvious, some of them require a bit of work... In fact some of these actually require you to do things in the game you would not ordinarily do...
For example there is an Achievement for rolling your car that requires you to actually configure the car so that it is more likely to roll which really, if you think about it, is not something you would do unless you actually normally do. Just saying....
This one is a no-brainer - all you need to do is finish the first race -- not win it mind you -- just finish. Soon as you do this one unlocks.
As you race through the first series you will naturally gain level points - once you hit Level 1 this one will naturally unlock.

Each of the events has a set number of specific races that you must complete in order to finish the Series and a number of bonus races that you can also complete that will contribute to other Achievements like the Medal Count, Driver Level, and Affinity for your car(s) - more on that last in the Affinity Section.

This series of Achievements is a bit trickier because they are only unlocked for online multi-player races in which you race other players... The reason I say it is trickier has to do with the fact that you actually have to race against other players to unlock them, which as obvious as that sounds statistically only 1 out or every 10 players actually do it. Then there is the whole you actually have to beat them thingy, which let me tell you even as an aggressive and skilled driver is not as easy as it is with Drivatars. It takes real effort and work.
Will come naturally IF you are actually racing online, Multiplayer. If you are not, well then not.

As long as you are doing the Multiplayer racing this really will come naturally because it is cumulative - you do not have to get all 50 Miles in one go. So basically the game is keeping track of the time you spend in the lead, and adding it together. Considering how much effort and time you will have to put into the online side in order to unlock all of the Multiplayer Achievements this will mostly come naturally. However if you get to the end of the Multiplayer Medals and you still do not have all of these, you can boost this by creating your own private races online -- Indy Oval is best - and simply adding a few Drivatars and staying out front.

This will come naturally as you race - just be sure that you pick 8 Manufacturers and stick with them through all of the racing and you will easily unlock this set way before you unlock the Career and Multiplayer race Achievements.

This will come naturally as you race through career mode - and is even easier if you leave the driving line assist on so you can see just where the curve route is for the perfect turns.
Basically what you need to do is to create a custom tune - and it makes a lot of sense to also do a custom paint on that same car - then upload that to the game and get your mates to download and USE it.
Just finish last in a Multiplayer Race and this will unlock.

The secret to this is to create a two or three lap Multiplayer Race with a mate, and then stay right next to each other or perhaps a little behind and then, just before the finish line, boost ahead and win.
This requires you to configure a good heavy rear-wheel-drive car -- the older American Muscle Cars work good here -- so that you can both control it and drift pretty much at will. There are a LOT of drift setups you can download and I recommend using one.
Simply do exactly that and you will unlock this one.
Put 10 or 20 Photos up and ask your mates to DL them and you can easily unlock this one. Just be sure you do the same for them, right?
Just do as it says.
Just do as it says -- I did this with the 2013 Lotus E21.
The easy way to get this is to buy the Hummer and then stiffen the heck out of its suspension and raise it as high as it will go, over-boost the engine for speed, and then simply jerk the wheel to the side once you have it going good on a straight section and you can easily roll it a dozen times.
I did this with the Honda #15 Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing Dallara DW12 as a rental on the Indy Oval and that worked very well thank you!
I did this with the 2012 Audi #1 Audi Team Joest R18 e-tron Quattro as a rental and it worked just fine.
Just create a tune and design, upload it, and get your mates to run with that and you will find this very easy to unlock - just be sure you do the same for them!
This will come naturally as you race long before you finish the Career Mode.
Just make a tune and design, upload it, then ask your mates to download and play it. Be sure that you do the same for them!
Create 10 or 20 screens and upload them, then ask your mates to download them - but be sure you do the same for them, right?
Unless you dislike the Ferrari - and who bloody well dislikes Ferrari?! - this will come naturally as you race and even easier if you have chosen Ferrari as one of the 8 Manufacturers you want to get Affinity 25 for!
As previously mentioned all you need do is create a tune and design and then upload that, and get your mates to download and use it. Just be sure you do the same for them.
This should come naturally as long as you are choosing livery when you buy Cars because the game will ask you if you like it after a few races automatically.
Have to say this one is tough to get naturally - you may find that you need to boost it with mates in order to make it happen.
As long as you created a tune with your design you will unlock this when unlocking the design one - just upload your tune and design and ask your mates to download and use it. Then be sure you do the same for them!

The LBC DLC includes a total of 10 additional Achievements worth 200G.
Bearing in mind that this is a DLC Car that will, at minimum, cost you $2.99 in real-world funds to unlock since you have to buy it... But hey, it is an awesome Holden race car! Why NOT buy it! Holden rocks! And I am totally saying that because I am Australian.
