Head over to this quest marker on the map to find the quest givers.
You will find an odd campsite by people that don't seem to understand the point of camping. Speak to Matt or Steve to begin the quest. They say that they are bored and want some things to entertain them.
The first item would be already obtained if you looted old man Kip's house from the Grave Keeper's Legacy quest. But if you haven't head on over there to collect it.
It will be sitting beside Kip's bed.
The second item you will get is in the house of another quest giver, Walter. Head to the quest marker to find the house.
Inside the house, you will find it on the dining table.
Take these two items to Matt and Steve.
The items will be given to them automatically and the quest will be complete.
