Surroundings

Resist the temptation of trying to finish the level as quickly as you can and instead take your time and explore it thoroughly as each of them has gems and red crystals hidden in nooks and crannies. Keep an eye out in particular for keys as they will open the golden and silver keyholes on the map.

Combo Bonus

When you encounter several enemies bunched together you can earn a combo bonus if you are able to jump on their heads wihout landing. When you get a combo bonus you will be rewarded with more coins. If there are lots of enemies you can use your double jump to regain good position. The double jump move will get refreshed whenever you stomp on an enemy successfully.

Coins

Don't hoard the coins you earn, spend them on Upgrades for your Dragons whenever possible so you improve their stomping power and boost their maximum health. Using upgrades will also earn your dragons experience.

Gems

Spend the gems you earn at the gifts shrine, there is a normal shrine and a super shrine and its the latter of the two you want to go when spending your gems to get more coins, potions, and evolve Dragons.

Red Crystals

The red crystals are separate form the gems that offer a premium upgrade for your dragon. Collect the red crystals whenever you see them as they are required to unlock the boss stages that break up the different levels of the game.

Quick Play

Take advantage of the 'Quick Play' feature to earn gems as it allows you to play the game without spendng a heart. 'Quick Play' levels are harder than campaign levels and you will have to reach a coin target to earn gems.

Keys

When exploring a level keep an eye out for red gift-wrapped blocks as these usually contain the keys which unlock the bonus levels in an episode.

Shadows

Make a note of your Dragons shadow when you press the jump button to bounce off of a creature to get a clear idea of your dragon’s position and whether you are going to hit the target.

Signboards

Keep an eye out for signboards as they are placed near an area that has obstacles and they will tell you what dragon's special skill can be used to overcome it.

Blocks

You can earn coins by jumping to hit the blocks that are floating in midair . Some of these blocks will also contain Boosters.

Free Gift

You will be able to unlock a free gift every couple of hours which will usually be coins or a health potion. There is also the possibility of it being an extra life (heart).

Facebook

When you are out of lives (hearts) you can get more either by watching an advert video or if you have a Facebook account by sending heart requests to your Facebook friends.
