Best 2nd Generation Pokemon In Pokemon GO

Wow… We really didn’t see this coming… We can understand Porygon 2 and Ursaring being surprise underdogs in this new Generation of Pokemon GO, but we honestly had no thoughts of Donphan being acclaimed so highly. But with a Max CP over the extremely escalated bar of 3000, we had no other choice but to put Donphan on our list, and this high no less.

Donphan is a true shocker, more than both Snorlax and Lapras in the First Generation of Pokemon GO. It was given such a great defense stat, as well as awesome Stamina and Attack, it’s no wonder why it has such a high Max CP. But we didn’t expect this, not even close. Realistically, we thought Donphan might capped out around 2500. And why wouldn’t be? It isn’t all that impressive in the mainstream games, and it’s not like this guy is a favorite among PokeFans.

Obviously Niantic saw something we didn’t, something we don’t. But with the stats it was given. Donphan, even with the Vaporeons of the Pokemon GO Universe, will still have something to say at Pokemon Gyms.
