If you expected this, we’re sorry. If you think we’re being a predictable as the rest of the Pokemon GO World, we're sorry. If you’re a Heracross supporter or Blissey user, we’re sorry. But there is no possible way around it: Tyranitar is undoubtedly the best 2nd Generation Pokemon in Pokemon GO. There is not another that compares, most possibly not even in the First Generation, not unless you include the unreleased Legendary Pokemon into this conversation.

With a whopping Max CP of over 3600, something only a few (not all) Legends have the liberty to say, something not even the great Dragonite can say, Tyranitar is an exception like no other. It has the Stamina. It has the Defense. It has the Attack. It can take on Gyms, and it can defend them like no other. It has everything, it is everything. It’s Tyranitar’s world now, and every other Pokemon is on notice, every other Pokemon is just living in it.
