#4 - Mega Metagross
Mega Metagross comes in at number four on our countdown. When the first details of Mega Metagross were first released, it was looking like a total Uber. It never quite lived up to the hype, but it's still incredible.
Mega Metagross, to start, has an amazing design. It now truly lives up to its Psychic/Steel Typing, growing more bulky arms and now levitating off the ground. It looks spectacular, like many other Mega Evolutions. Mega Metagross also looks incredibly strong, which it is. Its Base Attack Stat is now boosted to 145, which makes it tied as the thirtieth best; its Base Defense now sits at 150, which breaks the top fifteen; and its Base Special Defense and Base Speed both sit at 110, which ranks top sixty-five for Special Defense (still very high) and top fifty-five (still great). If you thought Metagross had a lot of bulk, just wait until you face a Mega Metagross. It's crazy tough.
If that's not bad enough, Mega Metagross has a great Attack Stat that is bolstered by it's Tough Claws ability. Touch Claws boost moves that make contact (most Physical Attack Moves) by 33%, providing it with even more power (and essentially a 193 Base Attack Stat for most moves). This thing can bounce off hits while delivering devastating blows. Wow!
The only negatives about Mega Metagross are its four weaknesses (Dark, Ghost, Fire, Ground) and the fact that it still has 70 Base Speed for the turn it Mega Evolves. But that's it! I know... Crazy...The best moveset for Mega Metagross is Meteor Mash, Zen Headbutt, Earthquake, and Hammer Arm / Ice Punch / Thunder Punch / Bullet Punch / Pursuit / Hone Claws, with maxed out Effort Values in Attack and Speed. The last moves is really up to the user, with each having its own niche.
Mega Metagross is a great Pokemon, and I can't argue with it not being on someone's Pokemon Team. It's great, nothing short of it.

Its pretty great.
But Mega Rayquaza isn't d best Pokemon. Mega Mewtwo X &Y still are better then him.
Ya I wd agree with most of d remaining.
But I think dat Mega Salamance deserves to b higher. Maybe at no. 5. Also Mega Sceptile at 7 with Mawile at 6. Mega Aggron has good defense and not many weakness but low special defense is a big drawback. A fire blast / focus blast / Aura Sphere can take it out in 1 blow. And Mega Manetric would b higher then Mega Absol for having a better speed.
