Resetting your game from your phone settings is the only way to start a new game, to reset it; Go to your settings, then, open the "application manager" if you are using samsung, other phones may have "apps" or so on, then select the game and click clear data 9which should be easy to find) after the data is cleared, you have lost all the data in your game and you'll need to start the game all over again.
