Question for The Sims 3

"The save data could not be accessed. Please turn the power off and reinsert the Game Card." I've done that, and it hasn't saved! This always appears when I buy a new house, and when I don't buy a new house, it DOES save! I really want to buy this house, but it won't save!

I'm having the exact same problem! I'm buying the 54,000 simolean "build your dream mansion" lot, and when I freaking try to save the game, IT' SAYS "SAVE DATA COULD NOT BE ACESSED"! It's aggravating, as I had restarted the game, taken the game out, cleaned it, left the game out overnight, but nothing seems to work. :/ Please Help!

I had the same issue but was able to resolve it. If you bought a house in the sims 3 3ds game then you should at least continue to play and wait for at least 1-2 maybe 3 sim days to pass and the house bill for the house must arrive. Depending on the day the house bill arrive you should pay for the house bill and then you will be able to save. Also, do not make your sims go to town if you recently bought a house and is unable to save because items purchased will disappear. If you have any issues with these instructions, don't fail to notify me or some other user that come across issue. Chao!
